Referral, not contractor

About Sorrytask Concrete and How Referrals Work

Who we are

Sorrytask Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete driveways and patios. We are not a contractor. We do not pour, finish or supervise any job. The work belongs to independent local providers.

Why this service exists

Finding a concrete provider usually means many searches and many calls. This service shortens that path. You reach an independent provider while your plan is still fresh. Then we step back.

How providers are matched

You call or send a request. We note the basics: the service, your general location in Hamel or the Hamel area, and the type of project. That request is routed to an independent provider in the network who serves your area.

Availability varies by provider. Some can respond quickly. Others have a longer schedule. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What we expect from providers

Providers in the network agree to a few plain standards:

  • Serve the area they say they serve
  • Hold any license or registration local rules require
  • Give a written quote before work starts
  • Explain scope, materials and schedule in simple terms
  • Treat homeowners with respect on every call

We cannot vouch for any single job. That is why we push you to ask questions and compare quotes.

What we do not do

  • We do not pour, finish or inspect concrete.
  • We do not set prices or sign your contract.
  • We do not promise timing, cost or results.
  • We do not take concrete driveway repair or customer-service calls.

Your agreement is between you and the provider you choose. Quote before commitment.

How we are paid

Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. There is no charge to you for the referral. Because pricing is the provider's decision, compare more than one written quote when you can.

Insurance and structural questions

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim. If a slab problem looks tied to a shifting foundation, bring in foundation repair experts before you plan new flatwork.

Get connected

The next step is short. Request a callback to speak with a provider about a new driveway or patio. Or send a request and let a provider reach out. Either way, there is no obligation.
